Establishment and Operation of Sustainability Development Team

The Company's sustainability development team is managed by the General Manager's Office, jointly promoted and handled by the Administration Department, Human Resources Department, and Employee Welfare Committee. It is mainly responsible for proposing and implementing corporate sustainability development policies, systems, related management guidelines, and specific promotion plans, and reports to the Board of Directors regularly (once a year).

To strive for the practice of corporate sustainable development, the Company has established the 'Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles', focusing on three main directions: enhancing employee welfare, maintaining social welfare, and developing a sustainable environment.

Establishment and Operation of Integrity Management Promotion Team

The Company has designated the Chairman's Office as the dedicated unit for promoting integrity management, under the Board of Directors. Together with the Administration Department, Human Resources Department, and other units, it jointly promotes team operations, responsible for formulating and supervising the implementation of integrity management policies and prevention plans, mainly handling the following matters and reporting to the Board of Directors regularly (once a year).

  1. Assist in integrating integrity and ethical values into the company's business strategy, and formulate relevant anti-corruption measures to ensure integrity management in accordance with laws and regulations.
  2. Formulate plans to prevent dishonest behavior, and establish work-related standard operating procedures and behavioral guidelines within each plan.
  3. Plan internal organization, structure and responsibilities, and establish mutual supervision and checks and balances mechanisms for business activities with higher risks of dishonest behavior.
  4. Promote and coordinate integrity policy advocacy and training.
  5. Plan the whistleblowing system to ensure the effectiveness of its implementation.
  6. Assist the Board of Directors and management in auditing and evaluating whether the prevention measures established for integrity management are operating effectively, and regularly assess compliance with related business processes and prepare reports.
