Employee Benefits

In addition to compliance with the Labor Standards Act and related regulations, we provide employees with external training subsidies, internal training courses, annual health examinations, group insurance, and optional dependent insurance.

The company allocates employee welfare funds in accordance with the law and establishes an Employee Welfare Committee to handle employee benefits including birthday parties, travel subsidies, anniversary celebrations, year-end banquets, and employee discount shopping.

Regarding care for female colleagues, the company has set up a nursing room to encourage breastfeeding and provide a safe and comfortable environment and facilities.

Regarding leave policies: annual leave, personal/sick leave, maternity leave, prenatal checkup leave, paternity leave, pregnancy leave, menstrual leave, family care leave, bereavement leave, etc. are all handled in accordance with the law.

The Welfare Committee provides allowances for marriage and childbirth. In case of hospitalization or major illness, in addition to group insurance claims, the company also provides condolence gifts and visits.

Employee Training & Development

The company provides orientation training for new employees, sends employees for external training on new technologies and regulations, and cultivates internal trainers. This allows more people to receive new information while developing talent in integration and presentation skills. Individual functional training and government-mandated training courses are implemented according to a complete training system to stimulate employee potential and develop quality talent.

Retirement System

The company has established employee retirement regulations in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. All formal employees participate in the plan, with retirement reserve funds allocated according to the prescribed ratio and deposited in a special account at Taiwan Bank. Since July 1, 2005, the company has adopted the defined contribution retirement system, contributing 6% of monthly wages to each employee's individual account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance.

Labor-Management Agreements & Employee Rights Protection

All employees participate in labor insurance and national health insurance as required by law. Monthly contributions are made to labor retirement reserve funds and pension accounts. Other labor conditions also comply with Labor Standards Act standards. To promote labor-management cooperation, the company selects representatives from both sides and holds quarterly labor-management meetings, with ad-hoc meetings convened for major issues.

Work Environment

  1. Strict access control and surveillance systems are installed day and night: In addition to building security guards controlling access on the 1st floor, all company entrances have access control systems requiring access cards, with video surveillance to protect employee safety.
  2. In accordance with building public safety inspection regulations, regular inspections (at least once a year) are conducted by professional companies commissioned by the property management center.
  3. To maintain employee health: smoke-free office areas, CPR first aid training, regular fire equipment inspections and drills. Regular office cleaning and disinfection (at least once a year), air conditioning and water tower cleaning (2-4 times per year).

Employee Personal Safety Protection

To fulfill corporate social responsibility and protect the basic human rights of all employees, the company endorses and voluntarily follows internationally recognized human rights standards including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Global Compact, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and International Labour Organization standards.

The company has established 'Recruitment and Employment Regulations', 'Employee Work Rules', 'Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention, Complaint and Disciplinary Measures' in accordance with labor laws, human rights conventions, and occupational safety regulations to protect employee rights, health and safety.
