Amorphous Core Transformers
In 1996, we were introduced by Hitachi Material of the United States to import a complete set of amorphous core design and manufacturing technology from GE. Under the technical guidance of GE, we are now in a better position to produce high-quality amorphous transformers.
Reduce iron loss by 70-80% - save energy and reduce carbon
Compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet core transformers, the amorphous core transformers can reduce iron loss by 70-80% under no load conditions and has low consumption and high energy efficiency.

Amorphous Core Characteristics
- Amorphous material has high hardness, about 4 to 5 times harder than traditional silicon steel sheets.
- The thickness of amorphous is thinner, about 0.025~0.03mm, while the thickness of traditional silicon steel sheets is about 0.2~0.3mm.
- Excellent insulation voltage resistance, up to 200,000 volts.
- The iron loss is extremely low, about 35% of that of traditional silicon steel sheets.
